What exactly is a Coach signature purse? and what makes it different? 

I have never seen them on sale at the Coach store and I don't have an outlet near me.... but I heard other department stores puts them on sale sometimes... of course I have never seen those either. Has anyone had success at these stores finding a good deal on one?
I forgot to mention I wont buy one on ebay no matter what... too risky.
